CRM \ Metrics

Once a CRM campaign is completed (i.e., all emails have been sent), detailed statistics become available. Here are the key metrics you can track:

  • Requests: The total number of email send requests made.

  • Delivered: The number of emails successfully delivered to recipients.

  • Opens (unique): The number of distinct recipients who opened the email at least once.

  • Clicks (unique): The number of distinct recipients who clicked on a link in the email.


  • Deferred: The number of emails temporarily delayed by the recipient's email server.

  • Soft Bounces: Emails that failed to deliver due to temporary issues (e.g., full inbox).

  • Hard Bounces: Emails that failed to deliver due to permanent issues (e.g., invalid address).

  • Invalid: Emails sent to addresses that are incorrectly formatted or non-existent.

  • Error: Emails that encountered unexpected sending issues.


  • Opens (total): The total number of times the email was opened, including multiple opens by the same recipient.

  • Clicks (total): The total number of times links in the email were clicked, including multiple clicks by the same recipient.

  • Unsubscribed: The number of recipients who opted out of future emails.

  • Spam Reports: The number of recipients who marked the email as spam.
